Delivery of Goods
If required and at an extra cost, we will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Deliveries can only be guaranteed on the kerbside.
Deliveries are usually 5-10 working days. Delivery times on custom made products will be displayed at the time of ordering. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation if the goods are not delivered within this time frame.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
In the unlikely event that the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will then, at our option:
- make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
- replace the goods that following our inspection are damaged or defective; or
- refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Limitations on Our Liability to You
You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation which affect your purchase and subsequent use of our goods. This includes obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you.
We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
To the extent that law permits us to do so, we exclude all our liability to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem relating to the goods you buy from us.
If a court does decide we are liable to pay you compensation, that compensation will be limited to the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Please note that nothing in this section of these terms and conditions (or in any other section) is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded by law, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence of for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
These terms and conditions, your order and our acceptance set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Except for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
For products ordered over the Internet, you have the right to cancel orders on products that are not made to order by notifying us in writing (including email) before delivery or within 7 working days of receiving of the goods.
If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, and we have not processed the goods for delivery, we will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question including the delivery charges in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the your cancellation being accepted.
If you cancel your order once the goods have been processed for delivery or it has been delivered, you must not use the goods. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The cost of delivery will not be refunded as this is a service that has been carried out on our part and a collection charge will apply the collection cost will be provided upon request.
If the Goods are returned for any other reasons than being defective then you will be obliged to pay for the cost of returning the Goods to us. It is your responsibility to return the items to our delivery point in good condition and with the original packaging, however with larger items Premier Flooring recognise that many customers do not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a collection charge will apply the collection cost will be provided upon request.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage. You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these.
Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is found to be faulty whereby the fault was not discoverable prior to assembly.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of the refund being accepted and the product being received by us and provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us as mentioned above.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists
- The original account details have expired
- The recipient requires a credit
- If you do not return the goods to us we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to-measure items.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or exchange: mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows or sofa beds once they have been opened, unless they are faulty.
Delivery & Access Details
Our delivery service is offered within Mainland UK only. Charges for deliveries outside the UK Mainland are available on request. We only deliver to the first floor of any house/apartment, except when arranged separately at time of order which may incur an additional charge. Please note delivery may not be possible in more remote areas of Mainland UK. If you believe your delivery address is outside of the Mainland UK then please contact us before you attempt to place an order.

We only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
If you are out when we attempt delivery, a second delivery will be made at no extra charge except with large items of Furniture that are not delivered with a courier, the delivery cost will be deducted and another delivery charge will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery. If you decide to cancel the order instead of having your order re-delivered then the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund as this service has already taken place.
You must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk. Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will result in the delivery fee deducted.
Finally, we work hard to keep our delivery promises. However, delays can occur that are outside our control.
